Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in multi-tier MCST commercial property management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Familiarity with commercial operation management software.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism with all stakeholders.
• Good at identifying M&E defects including recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Managers with property management services.
• Organize daily operations of designated sites.
• Ensure high standard of service for clients.
• Assist Manager in operational readiness of building services.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses for operating systems.
• Conduct routine checks on M&E services operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with JLL OMS procedures.
• Manage maintenance stock inventory.
• Conduct system audits and site inspections.
• Follow up on defect rectifications and payments.
