A leading leisure and hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations related to cleaning, waste management, and pest control. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related industry and possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role involves managing vendors and preparing essential reports while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service and/or cleaning-related industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations pertaining to cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
• Supervise and inspect work done by outsourced vendors.
• Prepare and disseminate Daily Reports and Incident reports.
