Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Cleaning & Maintenance professional to uphold cleanliness across office spaces in Singapore. Your duties include cleaning, sanitising, dusting furniture and equipment, and waste disposal to maintain hygiene standards.

You will also assist with room setup for training sessions and meetings, manage basic AV setup, and support with pantry supplies and ad hoc facilities tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation of office premises, including meeting rooms and common areas.
• Dust, wipe and clean furniture, office equipment and fixtures, including coffee machines and photocopiers.
• Clean floor surfaces through vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately in accordance with office procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across designated office areas.
• Set up and restore training rooms and meeting spaces according to operational requirements.
• Arrange tables, chairs and partitions as required for training sessions, meetings and events.
• Set up and assist with basic audio-visual equipment and ensure rooms are ready for use.
• Return rooms and equipment to the required condition after meetings or training sessions.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning, pantry and beverage supplies when required.
• Report maintenance, safety and facility-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and periodic deep-cleaning activities.
• Perform other relevant ad hoc duties as assigned to support daily office operations.
