Qualifications

• Pursuing a mechanical engineering degree.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plume observations and collect engineering data relevant to the study.
• Analyse potential plume sources and conditions contributing to plume formation.
• Apply thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics to evaluate plume behaviour and mitigation approaches.
• Develop engineering analyses using Excel and prepare conceptual layouts or sketches using AutoCAD.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to support engineering analysis, documentation, and data interpretation.
