Qualifications

• Master / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities support for Clean Room, Chillers, and HVAC Systems.
• Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems.
• Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage.
• Formulate and implement operating procedures.
• Monitor utility consumptions and implement reduction projects.
• Ensure adequate provision for day-to-day operation.
• Generate and file plant histories and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares and consumables.
