Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.
Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the ISS Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.
To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.
Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.
Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the hospital.
Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.
At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
