Job summary

A nonprofit community organization in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Operations & Building Services to oversee building maintenance and manage vendor relationships. Manager, Operations & Building Services (OBS)
  • Oversee daily maintenance of Caritas Agape Village building and ensure smooth operation of all systems (electrical, mechanical, safety)
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely project completion
  • Control maintenance budget and monitor expenses
  • Lead and mentor the support team, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Plan and execute emergency response procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports
  • Implement energy‑efficient practices and ensure building security
  • Optimize space usage and oversee major facility projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders, tenants and other departments
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in non‑profit or social sectors.
  • Diploma and above.
