Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Property Manager in Singapore to oversee the operation of property maintenance and management. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Estate Management or related fields and have at least 3 years of experience managing buildings. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and functionality of infrastructure, managing vendors, and handling daily operations. This position offers a basic salary of up to $6000 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is preferable.
• Applicants must be Singaporean.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of all property maintenance and management activities
• Ensure the building’s infrastructure is safe, well-maintained, and fully functional
• Manage daily building operations and address maintenance issues promptly
• Plan and supervise all maintenance tasks and manage the maintenance and administrative staff
• Handle vendor and contract management, ensuring all services are performed as agreed and maintaining regular communication with contractors, clients, and staff

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities, Hospitality, Business or relevant discipline
• Min 3 years of experience in managing industrial, commercial and residential buildings, preferably with knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
