Job summary

• Assist with building defects and maintenance issues.
• Plan and execute repair works and inspections.

Job description

• Oversee external service providers (e.g., term contractors) to ensure maintenance works are carried out effectively and in accordance with contractual terms
• Assist with building defects, breakdowns, and maintenance issues
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and security within the premises
• Plan, coordinate, and execute rectification and repair works
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on property-related matters
• Address feedback, complaints, and service requests from internal users
• Conduct inspections, supervise projects and rectification works, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance
• Propose and implement improvements to facilities and systems
• Perform administrative tasks such as sourcing quotations, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining property-related records
• Manage term contractors, including handling contract renewals
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager
