We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Facilities Management Executive to join our team. You’ll not only take charge of M&E systems but also play a key role in coordinating with contractors, tenants, and inter-departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

A hands-on role focused on the management and maintenance of the company's industrial and logistics properties, as well as the equipment and automated systems within them.
Act as the main contact point for all facility-related matters.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, tenants, and inter-departments to resolve site issues effectively.
Respond to urgent site situations and be on standby after office hours.
Perform hands-on tasks (e.g. replacing lighting tubes, ballasts, minor repairs).
Oversee and manage M&E systems, especially ACMV (Air‑Con & Mechanical Ventilation) and BAS (Building Automation System).
Handle administrative duties such as logging maintenance activities and preparing reports.
Support Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Variation Orders (VO) processes.
Diploma holder with facilities management (M&E/ACMV/BAS) experience, technically inclined and independent in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.
Must be able to multitask, work under pressure, take a hands‑on and proactive approach, show strong ownership, stay engaged on the ground and grow with the company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to work well with diverse stakeholders (contractors, tenants, colleagues).
Calm and professional when handling stressful or urgent situations.
Must be comfortable with walking within warehouse buildings.
Responsible, committed, and solution‑oriented.
5‑day work week: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
Site‑based at Jurong West
Must be comfortable with after‑hours standby duty
