Job description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facilities & Maintenance Executive to oversee day-to-day operations of our warehouse facilities.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in building maintenance, coordination of repair works, and managing facility-related administrative tasks.

You will ensure the warehouse operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting all preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrading activities.

đź’Ľ Work Schedule & Location

  • 5-day work week: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Site-based at Jurong West
  • Must be comfortable with after-hours standby duty

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse facility operations.
  • Schedule, plan, and monitor ongoing preventive maintenance programmes.
  • Handle invoices, quotations, and payment requests for repair and maintenance works.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as distributing, archiving, and coordinating service reports for audit requirements.
  • Oversee procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of facility-related items when needed.
  • Respond promptly to tenants’ feedback and ensure timely follow-up and rectification.
  • Supervise renovation, refurbishment, reinstatement, upgrading, and improvement works.
  • Attend to defects and faults within the site; conduct investigations and determine root causes.
  • Prepare and update Fire Evacuation Plans and coordinate regular Fire Drill Exercises.
Requirements
  • Nitec / Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or equivalent.
