An established organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard of work done is in compliance to the rules and regulations
Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractors
Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery of projects
Ensure proper records and documentation for all maintenance works and projects
Ensure that facility management and security pass all required certifications
Assist in new compound developments
Respond to any critical faults in a timely manner
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Some relevant property/ facilities maintenance is preferred; training will be provided
Good interpersonal and communication skills
