• Manage and maintain facilities in assigned locations.
• Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with contractors.
• Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects.
• Ensure proper records and documentation for maintenance works.
• Ensure that facility management and security pass required certifications.
• Assist in new compound developments.
• Respond to critical faults in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard of work done is in compliance to the rules and regulations

• Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractors

• Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery of projects

• Ensure proper records and documentation for all maintenance works and projects

• Ensure that facility management and security pass all required certifications

• Assist in new compound developments

• Respond to any critical faults in a timely manner

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Some relevant property/ facilities maintenance is preferred; training will be provided

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
