We are a professional mobile cleaning and facilities solutions company dedicated to helping businesses build, manage, and maintain productive workplaces. Our services include commercial /office/housing cleaning, handyman services, and integrated facility support.
We are looking for a Facilities Management Executive who is able to take on a demanding, fast‑paced, and hands‑on operational role. This position requires strong resilience, the ability to endure challenging working conditions, and the flexibility to respond to operational issues swiftly and effectively. You will be the key person ensuring service excellence, manpower coordination, and high standards across multiple client sites.
Job Responsibilities
Facilities & Operational Management
- Oversee daily cleaning and facility support operations across multiple client sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are met.
- Identify and follow up on maintenance issues, repairs, and facility incidents.
- Ensure services comply with contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Manpower Supervision & Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and supervise workforce deployment to meet operational demands.
- Train, guide, and motivate on‑site staff to maintain service excellence.
- Perform hands‑on operational tasks alongside the team when required, including cleaning, minor repairs, or equipment handling, especially during manpower shortages or urgent situations.
Client Management & Reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and handle enquiries or feedback.
- Provide updates, incident reports, and operational summaries to management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards.
- Monitor proper usage and safe storage of equipment, chemicals, and materials.
- Enforce adherence to PPE and safety procedures.
Working Conditions (Operational Requirements)
This is a demanding, fast‑paced operational role. Candidates must be prepared for:
- Working in outdoor or non‑air‑conditioned environments (e.g., warehouses, loading bays, refuse rooms).
- Attending urgent operational incidents at short notice, including early‑morning or late‑night situations.
- Frequent islandwide travel and occasional last‑minute deployment changes.
- Perform physically demanding work alongside the operational team, including standing/walking for long hours, lifting equipment, moving tools, and assisting with cleaning or repairs.
- Managing high‑pressure customer situations and meeting tight deadlines.
- Rotating shifts, weekend duties, public holiday work, and participation in a 24/7 standby roster.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or hospitality supervision.
- Strong understanding of cleaning machines, equipment, and chemicals (training provided if required).
- Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work in challenging environments.
- Able to travel to multiple locations and work shift or non‑standard hours when required to support operational needs.
- Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work independently.
