Job summary

A cleaning service company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to assist housekeeping staff. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in facilities and guest areas, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring that linen rooms are stocked. The candidate will also help guests and report any necessary repairs to management. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

To assist the Room Attendant, Houseman, and Public Area Attendant perform their duties according to set standards.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean up guest room.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Notify managers of necessary repairs.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Assist guests when necessary.
  • Keep linen room stocked.
  • Properly clean upholstered furniture.
  • To maintain effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.
  • To take on any other task or assignment that may from time to time be given or directed by Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper
  • Training Management.
