Job summary

A local manpower agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage daily tasks, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards. The ideal applicant should be physically fit, willing to travel, and possess a basic level of computer literacy. Qualifications

  • Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
  • Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities.
  • Computer literacy advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel island wide.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Manager on daily tasks and assist in planning.
  • Ensure assigned duties are executed and resources utilized efficiently.
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Maintain and control stock, equipment & consumables.
  • Request purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
  • Promote Health and Safety actively.
  • Work with other teams as required.
  • Check equipment that requires replacement items.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
  • Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
  • Timeously requests the purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
  • Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
  • Work with members of other teams as required.
  • Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
