Your Mission

This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building facilities. The role includes identifying and resolving issues across various spaces, ensuring functionality and safety. It also involves cross‑departmental communication, particularly with headquarters, to align operational needs with strategic initiatives.

As part of the General Affairs team, this role covers a range of business support functions, including safety and security operations, and requires the ability to plan and execute new projects under management’s direction.

What To Expect

[Facility Management]

  • Develop and report annual and mid-/long‑term plans for facility inspections and maintenance.
  • Compile and submit performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) on facility operations.
  • Manage facility maintenance and renovation projects according to project type.

[Construction Project Management]

  • Review and approve master plans, drawings, schedules, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and resolve design conflicts across projects.
  • Oversee bidding processes, including plan approval, result confirmation, and contractor selection.
  • Monitor and adjust construction timelines as needed.
  • Supervise on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Approve completion inspections and authorize final payments.
  • Maintain and manage a network of architects, contractors, and supervisors.

[Cross‑functional & Strategic Support]

  • Execute directives and strategic tasks assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support team‑wide operations, collaborating with General Affairs members to manage shared responsibilities such as safety, security, and administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and headquarters to coordinate projects and ensure operational alignment.

[Decision‑making & Problem Solving]

  • Gather and evaluate input from stakeholders (internal teams, external contractors, management, etc.) to make well‑informed decisions.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to assess complex situations and determine the most effective course of action.
  • Ensure all decisions align with organizational goals, supporting efficiency, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.

[Energy Management]

  • Develop and implement a roadmap to achieve RE100 commitments, comply with local energy regulations, and meet sustainability frameworks.
  • Track, measure, and report renewable energy usage and carbon reduction progress.
  • Identify opportunities in clean energy technologies, storage solutions, and efficiency improvements.
  • Recommend digital solutions (IoT, AI, energy monitoring platforms) to improve efficiency.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance and expansion management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading maintenance and expansion projects.
  • Proficiency in building design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, or other 3D rendering tools).
  • Proficiency in construction quantity estimation and cost calculation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (employees, architects, licensing agents, contractors, and construction supervisors).
