General Summary:

• Responsible to conduct the monitoring and recording of facilities system operating parameters on daily basis,
• Verify all the data recorded against the specified control limits and report to Technical Service Engineer & record in the checklist if there is any deviation from the readings / potential issues observed.
• Responsible to complete the maintenance activities assigned and necessary documentation & updates (shift report, PM WO, FMS update, equipment activity record, etc.) for the facilities system.
• Response to site issues and problems as the frontline protection guard. Liaise with vendors or contractors for problem troubleshooting and solving such as lift down, dumbwaiter down, water leaking, water pipe burst, power trip, fire alarms triggering, etc.
• During Emergency situation actively work and troubleshoot to put back the system into normal operation.
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor to ensure that all the necessary maintenance works shall be accomplished satisfactory while following the Company requirements (EHS, SOW, housekeeping, etc.).
• Responsible for upkeep of equipment and shop floor cleanliness, first layer process audit.
• Work order support.
• To support as administrator for daily facilities morning meeting to record, update, save and email minutes to related vendors as request.
• To follow up OCAP to report and escape issue and problems identified without delay to avoid big impact on production or factory safety.
• To follow system owners and managers’ instruction to carry on checking, investigation, reporting, and taking corrective action.
