Job summary

Qualcomm is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. to monitor and record facilities system parameters daily, perform PM/CM/EM activities, and troubleshoot emergencies to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3 years in a similar capacity with a basic understanding of Electrical, ACMV, Cleanroom, Water/Gas systems and building maintenance. You will also supervise contractors and contribute to shop floor cleanliness and routine audits.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in similar capacity.
• Basic understanding of Electrical, ACMV, Cleanroom, Water System, Gas System, Fire Protection, Domestic Water System, Building Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record facilities system operating parameters daily and verify data against control limits.
• Complete maintenance activities (PM/CM/EM) and document updates (shift report, PM WO, FMS update).
• Troubleshoot emergencies to return systems to normal operation.
• Supervise and monitor maintenance service contractors to ensure quality work per EHS, SOW, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain equipment and shop floor cleanliness; perform first layer process audits.
• Support chemical store management and centrifuge maintenance programs as needed.
• Provide work order support.

General Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to conduct the monitoring and recording of facilities system operating parameters on daily basis, verify all the data recorded against the specified control limits and report to Technical Service Engineer & record in the checklist if there is any deviation from the readings / potential issues observed.


• Responsible to complete the maintenance activities assigned (PM / CM / EM, etc.) and necessary documentation & updates (shift report, PM WO, FMS update, equipment activity record, etc.) for the facilities system.


• During Emergency situation actively work and troubleshoot to put back the system in to normal operation.


• Supervise and monitor the maintenance service contractor to ensure that all the necessary maintenance works shall be accomplished satisfactory while following the Company requirements (EHS, SOW, housekeeping, etc.).


• Responsible for upkeep of equipment and shop floor cleanliness, first layer process audit.


• Support in chemical store management / centrifuge maintenance program where necessary.


• Work order support

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.


• Min. 3 years in similar capacity and working experience in related field


• Self-motivated and able to work independently


• Basic understanding of Electrical, ACMV, Cleanroom, Water System, Gas System, Fire Protection, Domestic Water System, Building Maintenance, etc.
