• Maintain CCTV, AV systems, security systems, and fire safety equipment.
• Manage asset tagging, equipment records, inventory tracking and stock-taking.
• Raise purchase requisitions and ensure sufficient supplies for operations.
• Recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency and service quality.
