Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore seeks a Facilities Management Technician to ensure the building's safety and maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting building inspections, performing troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors. Candidates should have a minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years of relevant experience, a Class 3 driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walkaround around building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards.
• Perform building and equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair works.
• Liaise with vendors for quotes and repairs.
• Ensure there are no trespassers into the buildings.
• Assist for VIP visits.
