A facilities management company in Singapore seeks a Facilities Management Technician to ensure the building's safety and maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting building inspections, performing troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors. Candidates should have a minimum GCE 'O' level with 2 years of relevant experience, a Class 3 driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Conduct walkaround around building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards
Perform building and equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair works.
Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for quotes & for repair & maintenance works for buildings.
Ensure there are no trespassers into the buildings
Assist for VIP Visits.
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Minimum GCE “O” level with 2 years related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry
Possess basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or Pest control
Possess Class 3 driving license
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint to prepare reports
Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
