Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities.
  • Manage internal team of technicians and external contractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building premises.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting costing and quotations.
  • Attend and respond to users’ requests for building equipment faults.
  • Perform routine inspections on electrical facilities.
  • Attend to work orders maintenance and keep checklist.
