Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an IFM Engineer responsible for managing maintenance tasks, supervising site workers, and ensuring quality of work performed by subcontractors. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Facilities Management and at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients are essential. This role is based at HQ office and multiple site offices.

Title: IFM Engineer

Location: HQ office & multiple site offices

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage maintenance tasks including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and building issues.
2. Supervise supervisors and workers at the site.
3. Manage external subcontractors and ensure monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
4. Report defects to the job site owner and follow up until resolved.
5. Prepare monthly meeting minutes.
6. Prepare monthly reports for each job site.
7. Prepare quotations for minor and FM works.
8. Perform minor troubleshooting and hands-on work as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Electrical, or Aircon Maintenance Qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Integrated Facilities Maintenance industry.
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
