Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day building maintenance across multiple properties (roving role).
  • Respond to urgent faults / on‑call issues and coordinate timely rectification.
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting of M&E systems and building equipment.
  • Plan, schedule and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage contractors on site – supervision, safety, work quality and timing.
  • Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and recommend options to management/client.
  • Prepare simple reports (photos, checklists, summaries) using phone / laptop.
  • Attend client and internal meetings, present updates and follow up on action items.
  • Build good working relationships with clients, end‑users, and service providers.
Requirements
  • Singaporean (employment terms will comply with MOM regulations and local employment laws).
  • Valid Singapore Class 3/3A or motorcycle licence; own vehicle is a strong advantage (petrol and cashcard/ERP allowance provided).
  • Diploma or Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) in:
    Facilities Management, or

Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • At least 2–3 years’ relevant experience in facilities / building maintenance.
  • Comfortable handling multiple buildings / sites and moving between them daily.
  • Able to use smartphone and basic office software to take photos, fill in checklists, and prepare simple reports.
  • Pleasant, professional and client-facing; able to communicate clearly with both technicians and management.
  • Highly responsive – able to pick up issues quickly, prioritise and follow through.
  • Good understanding of the working principles and maintenance needs of common building systems (e.g. lighting, power, air‑conditioning, pumps, fire protection, etc.).
  • Willing to attend to urgent / after‑hours calls when needed (with prior rostering and allowance structure to be shared during interview).
What We Offer
  • Roving regional exposure across different building types (e.g. community, commercial, institutional).
  • Real responsibility as the key facilities point‑of‑contact for multiple sites.
