Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management services to ensure compliance with contract performance standards.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance, pest control, and landscaping.
• Conduct weekly inspections and meetings to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Ensure IFM services meet performance KPIs.
• Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes.
• Coordinate logistics and support for meetings and events.
• Prepare and compile monthly operational reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
