The role requires at least one year of facilities management experience and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing pest control. Ideal candidates will have strong record-keeping skills and the ability to train personnel.
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / “O” Level.
At least 1 Year(s) of facilities management working experience is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Candidates with ISO Lead Auditor / ERT / Work-at-Height certificate(s) are advantageous.
