Job description

Facilities Executive/ Supervisor (PPM / Plumbing works / Building Maintenance)

Monitor and record utility consumption (power & water).

Conduct routine inspections of water tanks, pumps, heaters and other facility equipment.

Operate and monitor hydro-pool heat pump systems.

Clear rooftop drainage and ensure common areas are hazard-free.

Submit monthly breakdown/status reports and update PPM records for audit.

Tabulate and submit monthly utility data.

Provide temporary security coverage during FCC lunch hours.

2. Fire Safety Support

Assist in emergency drills and table‑top exercises.

Prepare equipment and materials for fire‑fighting training.

Inspect fire extinguishers and support the Fire Safety Manager.

3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Schedule and supervise contractors for planned maintenance (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

Coordinate unplanned or emergency repairs and follow through to completion.

4. Ad-hoc Repairs & Technical Support

Attend to plumbing, minor electrical, appliance issues, ironmongery and small building works (tiling, carpentry, painting).

Handle bulky items and assist with event setups.

Purchase consumables/spare parts when required.

Program, test and verify security access cards.
