Job summary

• Manage daily operations of outsourced services such as landscaping, pest control, and cleaning to ensure smooth delivery and high standards
• Review and evaluate contracts, tenders, and quotations, and provide recommendations for awarding vendors
• Participate in production meetings to address facilities and cleaning needs for external events, including preparing cost estimates
• Handle minor repair and maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good condition
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, event organizers, and tenants, ensuring feedback and requests are handled efficiently
• Support additional tasks or projects as assigned by management when required

Qualifications
