We're hiring a Facilities Executive to support daily operations. The role includes managing maintenance, coordinating vendors, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting facility projects.

The Opportunity

• Our client, the developer behind iconic projects like Funan and Raffles City
• Location: Marine Parade
• Basic Salary: Up to $5,000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1‑year contract with renewal
• Completion bonus!

Job Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in ensuring effective mall operations and maintenance.
• Prepare budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and oversee expenses.
• Coordinate asset enhancement initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities.
• Lead technicians and vendors while addressing feedback and service requests promptly.
• Serve on the Emergency Response and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams for risk assessments and safety audits.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
• Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, systematic problem‑solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills and flexibility to work beyond standard hours
• Open to learning and potential lateral movements between asset classes based on business needs
