• Assist in system breakdown investigations, audits, and inspections
• Maintain proper documentation and respond to authority requests
• Develop and update SOPs and policies
• Lead incident investigations and risk mitigation efforts
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with procurement and audit policies
