- Manage infrastructure and sustainability projects from planning to completion.
- Maintain and update project schedules; prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors on site activities.
- Facilitate project meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare and track progress claims; escalate issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure and sustainability projects from planning to completion, supporting expansion and improvement initiatives
- Maintain and update project schedules; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for internal teams and customers
- Coordinate with contractors on site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and reporting
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare submissions, agendas, and minutes; manage stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and track progress claims; escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, meet quality standards (PQP), and maintain documentation
- Support audits (ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, etc.) and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Drive sustainability goals through resource planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
