Responsibilities


  • Manage infrastructure and sustainability projects from planning to completion, supporting expansion and improvement initiatives

  • Maintain and update project schedules; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for internal teams and customers

  • Coordinate with contractors on site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and reporting

  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare submissions, agendas, and minutes; manage stakeholder expectations

  • Prepare and track progress claims; escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, meet quality standards (PQP), and maintain documentation

  • Support audits (ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, etc.) and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

  • Drive sustainability goals through resource planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives



Requirements


  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Working experience in project management

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations has an added advantage
