Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to oversee building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities/building maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing repairs, vendor coordination, and contractor supervision. This position requires a practical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
