Job Description
  • Assist the Manager to lead a team of Technicians (including direct vendors / sub-contractors) in all the disciplines within the contractual work scope for smooth operations maintenance such as installation, repair and maintenance of building and facility services and critical machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor and track all maintenance/ad hoc works and their progress status.
  • Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework.
  • Monitor the equipment warranty obligations by the installer and securing a copy of the manuals or drawings of the equipment.
  • Monitor the building services and operation and have the ability to analyze the operation of the various systems, determine the root cause and correction action as required.
  • Provide situation/ status update to the Operations Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure systems’ reliability and compliance with local codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order.
  • Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
  • Liaise with contractor on maintenance/ repair and supervise contractor on-site.
  • Conduct daily operation/safety briefing and communication with the team.
  • Any other ad-hoc works assignment by the management/superior.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance of mechanical & electrical services with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred.
