Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise CCS rectification works across residential units in Tengah. You will coordinate with residents, contractors and designers, perform technical assessments, and ensure timely completion of works.

The role requires willingness to inspect sites, update records, and manage contractor works orders. This is a 1-year contract with working hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance, defect rectification or facilities management.
• Experience in supervising contractors and coordinating rectification works will be an advantage.
• Willing to perform site inspections and attend to matters within and outside residential units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage CCS rectification works for inside and outside HDB dwelling units.
• Attend joint inspections with residents, contractors, IDs and other stakeholders.
• Update system after technical assessments, work carried out, etc.
• Submit requests for approvals after joint inspections.
• Administer contractor works orders and completion certificates.
• Any other duties as assigned.
