Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee cleaning and reception services in One North, Singapore. The role involves ensuring compliance with service standards, training staff, and managing the daily operations of various services. Candidates should have experience in service management and a commitment to providing high-quality support to employees and site functions. The position operates Monday to Friday, with some Saturday hours involved.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reception, cleaning, engineering, and employee services meet high standards.
  • Drive 5-star service standards in soft and hard services.
  • Develop and manage processes for service and employee-related activities.
  • Manage custodial and cleaning services, ensuring compliance.
  • Facilitate pest control and indoor plant services.
  • Train receptionists and cleaners for a positive end-user experience.
  • Oversee daily mail, parcel, and pantry services to meet SLA.
  • Manage soft and hard service teams to maintain high customer service.
Job description

Working Location : One North

Working Hours : Mon - Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturdays : 9am to 1pm

Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure that reception, cleaning, Engineering and employee related services are delivered to the highest standards and comply with any internal and external legislative guidelines.
  • Drive 5 stars services standard in soft and hard services to exceed expectations.
  • Develop, manage and implement the processes for all the service of building & employees related activities to meet the requirements by
  • Provide and manage custodial & cleaning services including recycling services in compliance with ’s standard and policies
  • Facilitate and monitor pest control service and indoor plant service to make the site well organized in line with the criteria of
  • Lead and provide training to receptionists and cleaners to guarantee proper end user experience
  • Manage and monitor daily mail & parcel service as well as pantry service and ensure that services are meeting/exceeding SLA define by and SODEXO
  • Effectively managed the soft service and hard service team to drive and sustain a high level customers services level while maintaining team spirit to encourage openness and proactive behavior
