Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all control activities.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on control systems ranging from PLC, LSS (Life Safety system), FAS (Fire alarm system), Instrumentation and related Control systems, etc.
- Support commissioning and startup of new control systems and infrastructure upgrades.
- Identify and fix electrical problems using structured solving steps or procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of control systems, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.
- Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Electrical & Control Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in control maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC/Instrumentation/FAS/LSS systems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Familiarity with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is a plus.
- Communication: Effective communicator with strong teamwork and documentation skills.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
