Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work for outsourced services
• Develop standard operating procedures and risk assessments for routine and non-routine works
• Lead daily meetings to coordinate day-to-day operations
• Manage and assign Facilities Management System (FMS) tasks
• Provide project management to meet budget and schedule across multiple projects
• Provide guidance and training to building services technicians and technologists
• Drive safety improvements to meet company safety goals
• Maintain performance metrics for in-house contractors and service providers
• Collaborate with site departments to align with internal customer requirements
• Ensure completion of required learning items within set time frames
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with QMS
