Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external contractors for facility services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and safety compliance.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in conducting safety inspections and preparing related reports.
• Support routine maintenance inspections and follow-up actions.
• Oversee contractor activities including installation, maintenance, and project execution.
