Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Facial Therapist to join our growing team. You will perform facial treatments, provide skincare consultations, and ensure every customer enjoys a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facial and skincare treatments according to spa protocols and hygiene standards
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or homecare products
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and tools
• Deliver excellent service and build rapport with clientsSupport daily spa operations and contribute to team goals
• Attend training sessions to enhance product and treatment knowledge

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional beauty certification (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) preferred
• Prior experience in facial or beauty therapy is an advantage (training provided for fresh entrants)
• Knowledge of facial extraction, lymphatic massage, and basic skincare principles
• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team

Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or Mandarin (to serve a diverse clientele)

Working Hours:

• 6-day work week, 1130am–830pm (rotating off day)
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu provided)
