We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise building projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in curtain wall systems, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience managing complex facade works from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of facade projects, from design coordination and material selection to installation and completion.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams of over 20 personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring disciplined, hands‑on supervision on site.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges proactively to achieve project milestones.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, or public holidays when required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facade project management, preferably within Singapore.
• Must have successfully completed at least ten large-scale projects in Singapore involving unitised curtain wall systems above 25 storeys from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of facade design principles, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent project management, planning, and risk management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Familiarity with Singapore Building Codes and local construction regulations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Bengali is preferred to facilitate communication with certain team members and subcontractors.
• Must be willing to work after hours, weekends, or public holidays when required to meet project milestones.
