GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform equipment setup, calibration and preventive maintenance in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role is based in Woodlands with a 12-hour shift cycle or a standard 9am-6pm schedule, offering night shift allowances and OT pay where applicable. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering and any experience in wafer fab would be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Engineering field (any engineering discipline).
• Prior experience in semiconductor/wafer fab is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and raise major issues when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
