Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Engineering, Design, Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of teaching and curriculum development experience in tertiary or applied learning.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with MOE and industry partners.

Responsibilities

Curriculum design, implementation, and review aligned with SP's Education Model and MOE directions.
Lead teacher training, mentoring, and resources to scale Maker Education across schools.
Lead the FabLab Strategic & Scaling Plan and represent SP FabLab in MOE initiatives and industry networks.
Drive pedagogy innovation and research to evaluate impact and scalability of programmes.
Ensure programme quality alignment with institutional and national standards and establish scalable engagement systems.
