Job summary

This role involves performing daily tasks and managing manpower across the operations while working on a 6-day rotating shift.

• Perform Daily operation tasks;
• Managing manpower by conducting recruitment, training and coaching for our daily operations
• Maintain high standards of Personal hygiene and appearance at all times;
• Rectify on all matters that is non-compliance with the health/Hygiene/Tobacco/Liquor/Statutory Laws and/or Regulations
• Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs);
• Assist in the documentation of sales and operations related reports for submission to Main Office;
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience working in F&B Industry ;
• Minimum ‘O’ Levels or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent;
