Job summary

REPUTE MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented supervisor to ensure food and beverage service meets standards and SOPs.

You will oversee floor operations, monitor presentation, timing from kitchen to table and handle guest requests with a focus on quality and consistency. You will also supervise staff attendance and performance, manage stock levels for cutlery and beverages, and address guest complaints to maintain a high standard of hospitality.
