Job description

📍 Location: City Area, Singapore

💰 Salary: Up to S$2,200/month (including CPF & incentives)

🕕 Working Hours: 6-day work week

📄 Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude to ensure an enjoyable experience.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of Indian beverages (such as chai, masala tea, coffee, and lassi) and ready‑made Indian snacks (such as samosas, vada pav, pakoras, sandwiches, and rolls).
  • Takeaway customer orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly.
  • Handle cashiering duties, process payments, and manage daily sales records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, dining space, and food preparation zones at all times.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and taste meet company standards.
  • Assist with stock inventory, ordering, and replenishment of raw materials and supplies.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and halal requirements in line with SFA regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries courteously.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Malaysian, Singaporean or PR only (due to quota limitations).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or café service preferred.
  • Passionate about Indian snacks and beverages, with a desire to learn preparation techniques.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Level 1) preferred – can be arranged if not available.
  • Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate starters preferred.
