We are a traditional high‑end omakase restaurant, offering an intimate and exclusive dining experience, serving only 8 guests a night. Our renowned chef creates bespoke menus each evening, showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary artistry. We seek a dedicated and versatile restaurant crew to support our chef and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, gracious, and personalised welcome and ongoing engagement for all guests.
• Develop rapport with guests to create memorable and unique experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Guide guests through curated beverage selections with in-depth knowledge.
• Maintain the impeccable presentation and ambiance of guest areas.
• Provide attentive support throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Assist Chef with meal preparation and presentation as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining area, and general spaces
• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards
• Perform related operational duties, including opening/closing and supply management.
