Service
  • Perform daily tasks: taking orders, cashiering, consolidating sales, serving food & beverages, and handling reservation calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assist with food and drink preparations
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Kitchen
  • Cook and prepare food timely according to SOPs
  • Ensure food safety and high-quality hygiene standards
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned
