Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assign seats, present menu, and answer basic queries
• Take orders accurately (POS/tablet) and serve food & beverages promptly
• Clear tables, reset dining area, handle dish return points
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
• Refill water/condiments, restock utensils and disposables
• Handle payments and cash/QR reconciliation (if assigned)
• Follow food safety & hygiene standards; support simple prep as needed
• Work closely with kitchen and teammates to meet peak-hour demand
