Job summary

  • Supervise store managers to ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Coordinate with store managers on cash handling and operations.
  • Oversee training of new hires.
  • Ensure all menus are updated in stores.
  • Manage the replacement of store equipment as needed.
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Accounts department for sales accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job description

Job Info:

  • Salary: Basic up to $5000 + VB
  • Working Hours: 6 days
  • Location: Island Wide

Job Scope:

  • Ensure store scheduling aligns with management's requirements
  • Collaborate with management on manpower deployment, hiring needs, and conducting interviews
  • Supervise store managers to ensure adherence to all SOPs and proper store management practices
  • Coordinate with store managers on cash handling and operational matters, such as delivery platforms, equipment maintenance, stock levels, pest control checks, and compliance with food hygiene and SFA regulatory standards
  • Oversee the training of new hires following established training manuals
  • Ensure all menus are updated in stores and across delivery platforms to reflect any changes
  • Manage the replacement of store equipment as needed, including POS systems, mobile ordering systems, and self-ordering kiosks
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to introduce new or seasonal products and plan sales promotions
  • Collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure all sales takings and cash held in stores are accurately accounted for
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
