Job summary

A leading restaurant management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to lead market expansion and operations management. The role requires 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills. The candidate will oversee store operations and build a strong management team. This position offers the opportunity to expand to 20+ stores within 3-5 years.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably full-service dining.
  • Experience in operations management or regional expansion is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Lead market expansion in Singapore, including research and store setup.
  • Develop a scalable store management model to expand to 20+ stores.
  • Oversee store operations to meet revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Market Entry: Lead the 0-to-1 market expansion in Singapore, including market research, site selection, licensing, and first-store setup and operation.
  • Expansion & Replication: Develop a scalable store management model and expand to 20+ stores in 3–5 years.
  • Operations Management: Oversee overall store operations, establish SOPs, and ensure revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Team & Culture Development: Build a strong local management team and promote a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry (preferably full-service dining).
  • Experience in operations management or regional expansion is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, and team spirit.
  • High resilience and long-term commitment to company growth.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaison with Chinese Clients.

Location: Jurong Point #03-56 OR Guoco Tower, B2-26

Working hours: 6 days per week
