Job summary

GOLDEN CAFE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in F&B operations and management.

No prior F&B experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. You will gain hands-on exposure across outlet operations and progressively assume supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, customer service, cashiering and food operations, supervising staff, roster planning, stock control, service standards and hygiene, plus

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• No prior F&B experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be computer literate and able to use standard office software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willing to learn and be hands-on in outlet operations; flexible for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet.
• Learn and handle cashiering and food operations.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating outlet staff.
• Assist with staff roster planning and manpower deployment.
• Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
• Assist with stock control, inventory, ordering and wastage monitoring.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Progressively take on supervisory responsibilities and outlet management.
